Remedial Bodywork
Assessment-led. Personalised to your body. No fixed routine.
Results-focused therapeutic bodywork for muscular pain, tension, restricted movement and recovery.
Choose your treatment length
The same personalised remedial approach, with the time tailored to what you need.
Choose based on the area you’d like treated, how complex the issue feels and how much treatment time your body may need.
Focused Remedial Bodywork
30 mins · £35
Targeted treatment for one key area
A focused appointment for a specific area of pain, tension or restriction. Ideal for straightforward concerns, follow-up treatment or when you know exactly where you need support.
Remedial Bodywork
60 mins · £60
Comprehensive treatment for pain, tension & movement
A full remedial session allowing time to assess and treat your main area of concern alongside related muscular tension or movement restriction. The best starting point for most clients.
Extended Remedial Bodywork
90 mins · £90
More time for complex or multiple areas
An extended session for several areas of concern, longer-standing tension or more complex movement patterns. Extra time allows for a broader, more thorough treatment without rushing the process.
Enhance your treatment
Selected appointments can be extended with additional focused time, scalp & jaw work or reflexology. Add-ons can be selected when booking.
More than massage
A personalised, assessment-led approach to pain, tension & movement
Every remedial treatment is adapted to how your body is presenting on the day rather than following a fixed routine. Depending on your needs and suitability, your session may combine deep tissue and sports-informed massage, joint mobilisation, stretching, dry needling, cupping, heated techniques, bamboo and other remedial approaches.
The aim isn’t to use every technique, it’s to choose the right combination to support your movement, recovery and treatment goals.
Specialist skills & techniques
My remedial work draws on over 12 years of hands-on experience alongside specialist training in sports massage, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilisation and manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, assisted stretching and other soft-tissue techniques.
Treatment is always adapted to the individual and techniques are selected because they’re appropriate for you, rather than following a fixed routine.
Which appointment should I book?
Not sure how much time you need? Choose the option that best matches what you’re coming in with.
-
Focused Remedial Bodywork · 30 mins
Best for one straightforward area, a short follow-up appointment or when you already know exactly what needs attention.
-
Standard Remedial Bodywork · 60 mins
The best starting point for most clients. This allows time to assess the main concern, look at related tension or movement patterns and treat accordingly.
-
Standard or Extended Remedial Bodywork · 60–90 mins
Choose 60 minutes for one main problem with related areas, or 90 minutes when several regions need meaningful treatment time.
-
Extended Remedial Bodywork · 90 mins
Ideal when an issue has been present for some time, involves several areas or benefits from a slower, more comprehensive session.
-
Standard Remedial Bodywork · 60 mins
A good option for regular maintenance, training-related tension and recovery, with treatment adapted around the areas that need attention that day.
-
Book by treatment time, not technique
These techniques may be included within your remedial session where appropriate and suitable. You don’t need to book them separately — the most appropriate approach is chosen as part of your treatment.
-
Focused Remedial Bodywork · 30 mins
A shorter appointment can work well when we’ve already assessed the issue and are continuing focused treatment on one area.
